RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee (from ship date) on all products (except discontinued items) that were purchased from the Jimm Harrison online store. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return the products for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling. It’s recommended that you send your return via UPS, FedEx or US Parcel Post (with Delivery Confirmation  for your protection and to ensure delivery). If you purchased Jimm Harrison products at a store, spa or salon, please contact that store directly to inquire about their return policy.

To receive your 30-Day Money Back Guarantee refund:

  • Include a copy of your packing slip and the reason for your return.

  • Package return must be postmarked before the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee expires.

  • The estimated refund time is 15-20 business days from the date product is delivered to Jimm Harrison Returns.

  • Request a Delivery Confirmation for returns sent from the US Post Office. With this option, the Post Office will give you a receipt that shows the date you returned the products to us, as well as confirmation once the package is delivered. Keep the receipt until the refund appears on your credit card statement. These receipts are your proof of return and act as your ‘insurance policy’ in that it guarantees you will receive a refund, even if the products are lost in the mail.

SHIPPING POLICY

  • In stock orders are shipped within 62 hours of receipt.

  • Orders placed after noon on Friday will be processed the following week.

  • Orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx Ground or USPS. Ship to address and credit card billing address must match. Call customer service at 206.538.4441 for exceptions to this policy.

  • Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO and US Virgin Islands will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and are subject to a $15 shipping fee.

  • 2 Day and Overnight guaranteed shipping by UPS or USPS is available at an additional cost.

  • Shipping not available outside of the U.S.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel an order you just placed  on the Jimm Harrison online store, call us toll free during normal business hours:

206.538.4441 (M-F 7AM—6PM PST; SAT 8AM—3:30PM PST). We make every effort to process your orders promptly. Because of this, your order may have already been processed. If your order has been processed, you can return your products for a full refund within 30 days from the ship date (less shipping and handling charges).
